It's a good deal for the price. Rooms are not the cleanest but I've been in worse. They are very good sized & so is the bathroom. The guys at the front desk are always very friendly & personable.

By far the most absolutely DISGUSTING motel I have ever stayed in, and unfortunately, I’ve stayed in quite a few budget motels during my travels. This one takes the crown as the worst. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the overwhelming stench of mildew and something far less pleasant. Nothing in the room functioned properly—not the lights, not the outlets, not even the shower, which barely dribbled water. The bedding was horrifying, with stains that were clearly bodily fluids and had obviously not been washed or replaced in some time. The carpet was sticky in places, and there were bugs crawling along the walls and even inside the bathroom sink.

I stayed here for 9 nights and i could not recommend it more. Nimesh and the rest of the staff are polite and helpful. You will not get a cheaper rate in the area and you get a great bang for your buck. The water pressure in my room was the best I've ever had and it stayed warm the entire time.

I've stayed here on more than one occasion. I had a bad experience and complained about it. They then put on a do not rent list with the absurd reason that "I destroyed the room". If that was anyway close to being true I have not been given back my deposit, which I did get back. My stay was 2 nights and the whole time the TV didn't work and when I got into room it looked dirty but just brushed it off and went to sleep. I wouldn't recommend it to worst enemy.

Set your expectations correctly for what this is and this was a 4.6 star experience. It is an older building in an older part of town at the top of the Grapevine with heavy semi-truck traffic. The rooms were satisfactory. Yes the beds were older, and the room could have been a little cleaner - but I would challenge anyone to find a more cost-effective option for a hotel in the region. You get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The complimentary food in the morning was limited, but for what you pay, it was very much appreciated. There's a good chance that I will be visiting this location again during my next travels. I was very grateful to find this as part of Choice Hotels.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights so I could take her to Magic Mountain for her 13th birthday. It's a budget motel - things are old, rooms are old BUT it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the service was superb!
